⚠️ Important safety guidelines

  • Never place electrodes on the head, face, neck, or spine.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other implanted device.

Quick tips for effective placement

  • Limit session time: 1–2 hours, and vary the placement slightly if using electrodes daily.
  • Clean, dry skin: helps the electrodes adhere and improves conductivity.
  • Avoid sensitive areas: head, neck, genitals, and the spine.
  • Choose fleshy areas: chest, abdomen, and thighs are better than bony areas.
  • Avoid side-by-side placement: use cross-body or front-back instead for better frequency flow.

Why opposite placement works

When you place electrodes on opposite sides — one front and one back, or diagonally across the target area — you create a pathway that lets the frequencies move through that area. It's like a zip line: the energy rides from one electrode to the other, covering everything in between for balanced support.

Targeting multiple systems

A single placement can support several body systems via the pathway it creates:

Upper body — left chest (front) & right shoulder blade (back): supports the respiratory, lymphatic, and circulatory systems of the upper body.

Lower body — left waistline (front) & lower-right gluteus (back): supports reproductive, digestive, and lymphatic health around the pelvis and lower abdomen.

Whole body — back shoulder & opposite hip: a broad cross-body pathway for circulation, nervous-system balance, and full-body lymphatic support.
