Frequency therapy is a wellness practice that uses specific sound or electrical vibrations to support your body's natural balance. It's inspired by the work of Dr. Royal Raymond Rife, who believed that everything in nature β including your body β vibrates at unique frequencies.
Many people use frequency therapy as part of their personal wellness journey, but it's considered experimental and is not a substitute for medical care.
Welcome! Getting started is simple:
The Z-Amplifier enhances delivery of the frequencies from the Z-App, using adhesive electrodes to target specific areas of the body more effectively than sound alone.
Download the Z-App, connect the Z-Amplifier to your device (headphone jack or a compatible adapter), attach and place the electrodes per the Electrode Placement Guide, choose a sequence, and start with the volume at 100%. See the Quick Start Guide for visuals.
Placement depends on the sequence. Refer to the Electrode Placement Guide for diagrams and instructions.
Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid harsh chemicals and don't submerge them in water.
Replace them when they lose stickiness or show wear β on average about 20β30 uses. For replacements we recommend 2β³ Γ 4β³ reusable adhesive electrodes with 2mm standard snap pigtail connectors (search "2mm connector TENS electrode pads").
Yes β on its own the Z-App is for listening and exploration through your phone speaker or wired headphones. For regular, targeted sessions we recommend pairing it with the Z-Amplifier, which converts the sound into gentle electrical pulses through the electrodes.
No. Never place electrodes on your head, face, neck, or spine β it could interfere with delicate nerves, blood flow, and vital structures. Position electrodes on or below the shoulders; your body's natural conductivity carries the frequencies safely.
If you have a pacemaker, do not use the Z-Amplifier or electrodes β the electrical stimulation could interfere with it. There are no known adverse effects to using the app on its own. Consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
No β we don't recommend the Z-Amplifier or electrodes during pregnancy, as it hasn't been tested for that use. Please consult your healthcare provider.
Do not use the electrodes while driving or operating a vehicle. Tones may be played through a vehicle's audio system provided you don't interact with the phone while driving.
Sequences are derived from well-known frequency-therapy resources, including The Rife Handbook of Frequency Therapy and Holistic Health by Nenah Sylver, PhD, and the Consolidated Annotated Frequency List (CAFL), plus team-curated sequences. Each sequence in the app includes a source link (tap the three dots on any sequence).
The sequences are based on experimental research and historical practices. They are not scientifically proven for specific medical conditions, though many users report positive wellness outcomes. We also share academic studies exploring Hz frequencies in wellness.
Regularly, based on the latest research and user feedback. Updates appear automatically in the app β check the News section or follow us on Facebook.
It helps your body manage detoxification and reduces potential discomfort. As a rough daily guide: 50 kg / 110 lbs β 1.5 L Β· 75 kg / 165 lbs β 2.2 L Β· 100 kg / 220 lbs β 3.0 L.
No β the frequencies go through the device to the electrodes, so you won't hear them. You may feel sensations from tingling to mild pulses depending on intensity. Adjust to your comfort; pause if anything feels uncomfortable.
iPhones, iPads, and USB-C mobile devices (not laptops/desktops). To connect the Z-Amplifier: iPhone 14/older iPads use a 3.5mm Lightning adapter; USB-C devices (Android 2016+, iPhone 15+) use a 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapter.
